1. EVERY question you have asked has been about height. You still have several years before you are done growing. Stop being so obsessed about this. Growth hormones are only for people who don't make enough naturally and are abnormally short (like 4 foot something). They don't give them to teens who just want to be taller faster. There is nothing you can do about your height except wait till you are 21 or so. There are no vitamins, supplements, exercises, devices--nothing that is going to make you taller.
