Growth hormone levels?

I know that in the morning your growth hormone levels are highest. I am an adolescent so does this mean that if i exercize/workout in the morning then i will grow better? like taller ?? or faster..? thanks in other words... does it help at all or benefit to exercise when GH levels are high?????

  1. Not necessarily. Growing taller is a combination of a lot of factors. Of course genetic plays a part. If your family members are tall then chances are you will be tall and vice versa. Other factors are good nutrition and having a balanced diet as well as getting enough sleep.
