Growth hormone levels?
I know that in the morning your growth hormone levels are highest. I am an adolescent so does this mean that if i exercize/workout in the morning then i will grow better? like taller ?? or faster..? thanks in other words... does it help at all or benefit to exercise when GH levels are high?????

- Not necessarily. Growing taller is a combination of a lot of factors. Of course genetic plays a part. If your family members are tall then chances are you will be tall and vice versa. Other factors are good nutrition and having a balanced diet as well as getting enough sleep.
