- I checked the site you referenced & it is completely BOGUS. Absorption of GH from the gut in tablet form is almost zero. That, plus other outlandish statements made in the promotional advertisement, make it a rip - off of the highest order. Growth Hormone is banned from several sports but it is completely legal & no prescription is required. For a long time, GH could only be taken by injection to get an effective blood level, but now it can effectively be taken sub-lingually, (under the tongue) in the form of a spray. When a person is no longer young & growing, GH can do nothing to affect growth. It does many other things, however. I have been taking it for several years & it has turned the clock back 25 years, at least. (I am 59 yo.) I am not an athlete & am not threatning any of Hank Aaron's records, so my use of GH is of no social, athletic or legal consequence. I am active & enjoying life again, so it is working fine.
