legal steriods?

im 150 lbs and bench about 155 as my max....im bout 6 foot 1...so im pretty skinny....and not strong....i have been working out alot and eating trying to gain weight and get stronger....but its not really working that good.... so do u guys know of any legal steriods to take?? like human growth hormone...and if u do how much is it, where can i get it and what kinda of side effects does it have?

  1. I would just recommend eating a lot of meat, preferably chicken because the way that chicken are grown in this country, they feed them lot of growth hormones already. In order to gain muscle mass, you need to feed on a lot of protein, things like meat, peanuts, any kind of nuts actually. Anyways I wouldn't recommend using steroids, they actually do a lot worse, they turn body fat into even higher levels, and they are harder to control that eating proteins alone. Anyways, good luck.
  2. NO STEROIDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Hey, if you want to kill the pizza guy and have your liver crash at 40 rock on. It is simply genetics. When I was born there was a lince for "Chests" and I misunderstood and thoughtthat they said breasts; knew that I did NOT need those and passed. Yea, you are skinny and it is your workout; it is NOT going to come from weights completely. I played semi-pro soccer for 15 years as a Keeper. I was 6'4" and about 220 running 6 miles twice a day. I am now about 180 after I stopped playing. BTW I still do 320 for 12 r squat and about 200 on quads and hs. The chest just isn't in my bio make up. If you want to BULK up then KICK YOUR OWN ASS and it is HARD WORK! Eat well, mix the work-out and have FUN. I used to get free drinks at the local club because some jerk would bet me that I couldn't POP a tennis ball with my left hand; set them up. It is simply a HARD ROAD with NO PILL or INJECTION!! Just a closing note. I am 62, 6'3" 180, BF of about 14%, do 100 crunches at will and fell almost 20 feet to concrete with no harm. I also do a 6 mile fun run on a regular basis. Simple answer, NO S%^T and HARD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Good Luck, Jacques
  3. don't resort to breaking the law so fast. there is a lot to know about sets, reps, different exercises, rest, nutrition, etc. study up and learn legal ways to make gains. for starters, do big compound moves like squats, deadlifts, bench press and bent over rows. each body part 1 time a week. ex: Monday - 4 sets of ten squats. wed- 4 sets of 10 bench presses, Fri- 4 sets of 10 deadlifts. eat at least 1 gram of protein per lb you weigh, sleep as much as possible..... that's some basics-good luck
