What type of supplements do you take? why?

i take garlic and parsley capsules, anti aging, cholesterol, hair,nails,skin flax oil softgels, ....skin,cholesterol pomegranate...anti-aging. This is a poll Thanks. I read some responses lol i drink Green tea so much i don't even think of it as a supplement but i guess i should list it here too.

  8. Multi vitamin for women-just because I know I probably do not get everything I need in my diet. Also a green tea supplement for weight loss. Because it is good for me and helping me reach my goal weight.
  9. Centrem Plus; because my doctor told me to. My protein and my iron level is low. I have to have it rechecked next month (November) and go from there and see if they are with in normal range.
  10. 2 fish oil capsules a day for cholesterol 2 ginko biloba capsules for brain efficiency.
  11. I use cortizone suppositories for my Hemmorhoids and take Vitamin C with Rose Hips - and once in a while I supposit the Vitamin C and take the cortizone!
  12. I take calcium, Glucosamine and chondroitin, these have helped me a whole lot. Had been in a car wreck and messed my leg, use to have limp, now am doing fine.have been taking these for 5 years. Also drink green tea with honey and ginseng, once a day.

  15. I likewise take garlic; but not regularly. Everyday I take a product by Andrew Lessman called Energy+Fat metabolism Factors, I can definitely feel a difference when I don't take them. I just ordered Co enzyme Q-10, this I may take a few X's a week. that's it.

  19. green tea is a great anitoxidant. You should look for supplements that contain Vitamin A, C and E for good results.
