Anti Aging Skin Tips

Has anyone used European Cosmetics? Are they better?

I'll be in Europe soon and it's a perfect opportunity to buy some products that are not sold here. I have heard that there are some creams that are superior for anti-aging that can be bought over the counter.

1. it all boils down to good genetics. either you have them or you don't. all the care products in the world can't help you. all those products are is hope in a jar.
2. Some are better but not all.
3. Well you know that Lancome, Chanel, Stendahl, and the like are European products. They're okay if you want to spend lots of money. Use a cup of whole milk in your bath to exfoliate your skin. I love Neutrogena products and Ponds products. Check out their websites as there are many different products to choose from and it will be less expensive and you will get positive results. These are less expensive products that you can obtain right here in the USA. Of course nothing takes the place of getting enough rest, drinking lots of water, eating right and exercising for optimum health. The other big thing is not to worry so much about aging. Staying out of the sun is one good bet to not age as quickly. Not overdoing it with alcohol is another good way to not age so quickly.. ..AND staying away from toxic people is a good way to not age so quickly. I don't worry about my age. I have an adult son, and I attract guys that are almost his age. I'm forty-something and I am proud of it.
4. I think you need to be careful and not experiment with cosmetics and treatments right before a big trip like that.
