Whats the best skin cream?

What is the best skin cream that is great for sensitive skin. I break out here and there and wanted to know what skin cream do you use and love. Have you seen great results in your skin? I am 29 yrs old and am concerned about aging,and want that glowing skin I had when I was 15 yrs old.

1. You are never going to get back the skin you had at 15. Impossible. No one can. Try Clean & Clear Dual moisturizing cream. It fights acne and moisterizes so you don't get dry and flaky.
2. For my face I use Proactiv. I have been using it for a little over a year, and my acne is pretty much gone. For the rest of my skin, I use the lotions from Bath and Body Works. I love the cucumber melon, and the black rasberry vanilla.
3. It's really a matter of opinion but I like Olay Total Effects 7x Visible Anti-Aging Vitamin Complex. I buy the fragrance free because I have sensitive skin also. Olay also has a new line out called Definity. You can check that out on their website. That is what I'm going to try when I'm out of my Olay 7x. By the way, I'm 30. They also have a face wash you can use that fights acne and aging called Total Effects Anti-Aging Anti-blemish Cleanser that I use.
4. Try the hydrating creme concentrate from Bee-Luscious at www.beeroyalproducts.com. It contains no alcohol or petroleum products. It makes my skin feel and look velvety smooth. It is the BOMB!! They also have a body creme that is great too and a liquid powder mineral foundation that is VERY light and airy. I LOVE their products. Their acne line doesn't contain alcohol either and will help prevent breakouts.
