Anyone used Strivectin or had any luck with old stretch marks?
I have two children ages 11 and 8. I have a ton of stretch marks, as I went from about 100 pounds to 155 my first pregnancy and from 105 to 166 my second pregnancy. I have exercised and am in shape, but wondered is there really anything that can be done to improve the look of stretch marks or get rid of them? My friend bought me Strivectin as a gift and I am wondering is it even worth the trouble? Could it really help? I am scared to get my hopes up to be let down. It seems as though it is torn stretched skin....so I don't see how it could help. Any thoughts? Experience? Advice?

- I have not used this product but I really want to try it. I've heard it reduces the appearance....doesn't get rid of. However if you have this......use it. You don't have anythign to loose. If it reduces the apperance then that is a major improvement.
- Hello. Your age and elasticity of your skin has alot to do with how well the stretch marks will improve over time. It's also important to keep the skin moisturized. I have lost over 100lbs in the past year and have quite a bit of stretch marks and excess skin. It has improved marginally by using creams that have active ingredients such as retinol, elastin, and vitamin E. I've never used Strivectin, but I sure would if I had a free bottle!
