here is a good one Hydroderm sent me the one order I ordered. Then they sent me 3 big boxes, which Ireturned?

after returning the boxes, eithout opening them, They are charging me $49.95 for something I sent back. I gave them everything they sent me. I don't know what to do, I need help. Hopefully somebody else out there can help me.

1. You might have agreed to an auto-shipment program which you will be billed for automatically. Normally, this is for your convenience, so you never run out of product. If this is the case, and you didn't want it, you also usually have a specified period of time to cancel the auto-ship arrangement. You might have to explain to a representative that you are a new user (if you are) and that you'd rather TRY the product before accepting a large quantity, and that you chose the wrong option by mistake when ordering. You didn't open the shipment, so really, I don't think they should have a problem with it. If they do, ask to speak to higher and higher levels of management to get answers and satisfaction. If you used a credit (or debit ) card, VISA in particular has protections against this kind of transaction (provided you explain the situation) and might refund you on the spot, pursuing the dealer for their money. Explain to the dealer that you will have no choice but to force a chargeback according to your VISA agreement if they do not cooperate. Chargebacks do NOT look good for dealers, they'd rather avoid them. Good Luck!
