Considering using HGH... what do you think?
I am considering using HGH spray. My main goal is to help decrease excess fat. I have a very large build and a very slow metabolism. Although I have a good amount of muscle mass, but my natural metabolism (on the decline) won't seem to let me get the extra weight off. I know the best way is diet and exercise, but figured I may try HGH to see the effects it has. I have a couple questions... 1.) I know alot of you say that the spray doesn't work but why? I mean if it is sprayed below the tounge, it should go immediately into the blood stream and with exercise, should work. so why do you say it doesn't? 2.) Have you used HGH? What kind? What were your results? If you are going to answer, please give me a reason to believe you (i.e. I used it, I'm a doctor, I work with it, etc...). Thanks for the help. Juan H - As far as being a "fatty fatty fatty" and running... I have had lower back and knee problems due to sports injuries so while I have the stamina to run 4 miles, my body physically can't handle that pounding daily. It makes the back worse off and forces me out of the gym for atleast a week. I can run for a time, but need to change to a bike or another modality after a while. Like I said.. I can lose weight, but I'm looking for something to get me over the plataeu.

- HGH only works via injection, and is very very expensive. Spray don't do jack. Source: Have competed at an elite level in endurance sports, have trained with a number of elite endurance athletes and mma guys. Know quite a bit about steroids and doping in general. Stop being a fatty fatty fatty and go run 4 miles a day and don't stuff your face. EDIT: Have not used any PEs because they are too expensive and I compete for fun, so there's no point really. Look at the improvement in guys like Barry Bonds. Look at regular 40y guys who go on hormone replacement therapy, and their skin looks better, hair turns ungrey etc. The big advantage of PEs is recovery (for the most part) so you can work out harder and longer. In your case, you should try and find a motivated workout partner. With regard to cardio, biking and swimming are pretty low impact. With respect to looking fat, the proof is more if you can perform well-ie feel fast, strong, healthy etc. Some people have the genetics to have a beautiful body, other people not so much. In terms of getting poontang, being a bigger guy is better. I meet way more women when I'm at a slightly fatty 180 lbs at 5'10" rather than 155 lb ripped and in very good condition. Count your blessings, big man.
- I won $$$ in a class action lawsuit against a HGH supplement regarding Flase claims last year what does that tell you
- HGH Shots are a good way but are way too expensive. And apart from that make sure that you are buying genuine product else a spurious drug can cause serious damage to your health.
- 1.)hgh only works through injection and during sleep. do not take a spray that says things like use before or after meals or pills. try taking something that would boost your metabolism or things like chromium picolinate and fish oil pills. injected hgh will help you lose weight but there are side effects to it. I no that the media exagerates the truth about hgh and most people wont get side effects but why risk. 2.)i have not used injected hgh but i have used GABA (a powerfull amino acid) which raises hgh levels during sleep and promotes better sleep.
