Featured HGH Product

With homeopathic HGH, six growth factors and eight amino acid releasers, Sytropin is one of the most powerful non-prescription human growth hormone products available.

Looking at all the vitamins/minerals is confusing! Which ones should I take?

I need to start taking essential fatty acids, amino acids, vitamin and mineral supplements. Can I get all that in one pill ... or two, or20??? Help!! What about HGH?? Someone told me that I should take it because I am having a problem with hair loss (telogen effluvium). Yes, I think my hair loss IS partly a lack of protein, but it's also due to thyroid, medications, stress. It's a combination of things and I have lost a considerable amount of hair in a relatively short period of time.

  1. Get a good multi. Check at your local Wild Oats or Whole Foods or other healthfood store & ask them. But here's another factor - some don't really digest and you don't get the benefits. The pill should melt in a glass of water - that will show you that it will dissolve in your stomach.
  2. Take a regular multivitamin (one per day) and fish oil (two a day). Make sure your multivitamin dissolves so you are getting all the benefits (Target brand was one tested and passed by FDA for dissolvability; Centrum is another good one, but more costly). Consider instead taking prenatals. Some women who take them without being pregnant have reported improved hair and nails. If anemia is a problem causing your hair loss, this would certainly help as it has much higher iron levels. However, if your iron levels are fine, then the extra iron may actually cause problems taking it long term. My sister was suffering from extensive hair loss about 2 years ago and her case is likely due to insufficient protein (she is a vegetarian).
  3. From what I heard, Centrum One A Day is an excellent multivitamin, and so is Jamieson. You can always ask your pharmacist; I have always found them to be very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. Hair loss is genetic. If your parents lost hair at a young age, you will too. There is nothing to prevent that. ''Vitamins'' that promise to grow hair, is just a scam to take your money. You should verify this with your doctor.
  4. Yes. You can get Essentials For Life from www. Infinity2.com This contains all the vitamins and minerals you need plus digestive enzymes so that when you eat, the pill takes all of the fatty acids and amino acids from the foods you eat. Many professional athletes take this. Check out their website. IF you decide to order them, call them and tell them you have a sponsor that way you get the lowest possible price... wholesale. Sponsor ID 3280988 Good luck.
  5. you best bet is to go into one of the stores that specialist's in vitamins minerals etc or somewhere were you can ask and telling the person exactly what you need!! and asking them then they can show you a few options and you can see them yourself!!
  6. Its unlikely that you will get all of those in one pill. A multi vitamin should cover most of your needs.
  7. I've recently started taking Arbonne's Daily Power Packs for Women. At $129/US, it's pricey, but has absolutely everything you need. I may start splitting and going with it once a day; it's recommended twice daily. You can get it online at: https://secure.myarbonne.com/arbonne/skincare360.nsf/p1/1?OpenDocument&shoppingcart=1 Look under Weight Loss and Nutrition in the left menu and click on Smart Nutritional Hybrids. Arbonne also has a thermal fusion hair treatment (under "Not-So-Basics" then "Hair Care") that has really helped my mom's thinning hair problem. Good Luck!
