How can I report a internet retailer for fraud? I ordered a free trial of Hydroderm from hydroderm.com. If you send the product back within so many days, they don't enroll you in their automatic program. I sent the order back in time but was billed $84.00 anyway. Hello, I have a problem, I used the Hydroderm Lip Plumper on my face on the nasal folds and on the forhead to see if it would plump up the wrinkles to diminish them, stupid i know, but about 10 minutes before I did that, I had Used the Hydroderm wrinkle reducer in those places also, and after I applied the lip plumper my face started burning and swelling in those areas, i washed it off real quick with soap and water and then used ice, then i dried and placed vaseline on it, my face looks swollen now and very red, in those areas only, it's been 45 minutes, and still red and a bit sore, what can i do? is this going to damage my skin? it didn't eat the skin away or anything, but it is really red and sore, any advise? should i go the the er,.. thanks

How do I eliminate advertisement graphics in Explorer Yahoo email? I open my email at work,it is very visible. I was to fax them a copy of the proof of shipment. Guess what folks - disconnected number. Went to Lawndale BBB and got their full report. Over 600 people doing the same thing and have filed disputes against this company. Takes a while but you can have the charges taken off and returned to you. Work with your credit card company. I am about to become this companies worst nightmare filing complaints from my local offices to the Attorney General of the good old U S of A. Isn't it good to be able to do this!?
hydroderm is a scam? the offer says "free trial" although if you don't return the unused portion, you are charged over $70.00. The product is just okay, but not worth $70.00. There is nothing free about it. Buyer beware!
has anyone tried hydroderm? I tried the serum and the moisturizer and it made me look 20 years older in 5 days or so...the skin under my eyes was so thin and crepey, I felt like someone was pulling my face down. I would not recommend it, and I only used it cause of the $1.45 free trial for p/h...
